I showcase my expertise in this area as the CEO of Aspire Workplace Solutions Corporation, where I lead initiatives that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
As the author of "Leveling the Playing Field: Navigating Leadership Pathways for Black Women in Male-Dominated Industries," I guide Black women aspiring to leadership roles, offering valuable insights and strategies to navigate systemic obstacles.
I am a dedicated advocate for empowering Black women and driving transformative change in industries traditionally dominated by men. With a background in criminal justice, I have firsthand experience breaking down barriers and overcoming challenges in environments where diversity is often lacking.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to community engagement. I am a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Junior League. I also serve on the Board of Visitors for Teaching Innovation at the University of Alabama, where I hold the position of President for the Board of Visitors for Teaching Innovation and Digital Education (OTIDE)
